Single Occupancy: $2895
Double Occupancy: $4,895 ($2,448 per person)

You can make a $1,000 initial deposit to reserve a single occupancy or $1,200 to reserve a double occupancy. You need only place one initial deposit for your entire double occupancy. Your initial deposit will be deducted from your grand total (listed above).

After placing your deposit, the remainder will be due by April 1, 2025.

  • 4 nights lodging at the newly renovated Hampton Inn in Prescott
  • All meals, snacks and drinks (alcoholic beverages not included)
  • All activities, nightly entertainment, activities in addition to pickleball (mini-bowling, billiards, cornhole, ping pong)
  • Instructional pickleball clinics from our pros and daily open pickleball play on indoor courts

  • If canceling 121 days or more from date of trip: 100% refund of the Initial Deposit
  • If canceling 91-120 days from date of trip: 75% refund

  • If canceling 30 or fewer days from date of trip: no refund
