Meet Mercy
After moving to Prescott in 2014, Mercy immersed herself in the hospitality industry, gaining more than a decade of experience. In September 2023, she turned her lifelong passion for cooking into a business with the launch of Gingerly Catered, her very own catering company.
Today, as the owner and master chef of The Kitchen, Mercy brings her creativity, passion, and personal touch to every dish. She takes pride in preparing fresh, flavorful meals, with a menu featuring mostly made-from-scratch creations.
