Each league day, you’ll play two opposing teams, completing two games against each and switching sides between games. Women’s Doubles and Men’s Doubles follow match play to 15, win by 1, using side-out scoring.

Each team receives two one-minute timeouts per game, and only players on the court may make line calls; coaching is allowed only during timeouts. Teams are responsible for arranging their own substitutes, who must be submitted before game day (same-day subs require coordinator approval) and must have a comparable skill rating. Teams may use up to two subs per season. If a player is a no-show, a higher-level substitute may be used; however, those games will not count and will be recorded as a forfeit.
